ClearPath Healthcare, formerly known as Hospice of Redmond, has been serving Central Oregonians since 1979. ClearPath Healthcare specializes in end of life hospice care, a free Transitions support program, and In-Home Primary Care for people 55+ who find it difficult to go to the doctor's office. ClearPath also has free community bereavement support including a free overnight children's grief camp called Camp Sunrise. ClearPath has free veterans support, and a Pet Peace of Mind program for patients who can no longer care for their dog or cat. ClearPath's focus is ensuring friends and neighbors in need of clarity, direction, and resources wouldn't hesitate to call for guidance on end-of-life care, the aging process, and navigating care in their own home. As a 501c3 nonprofit, ClearPath does not charge for any of its services to the community. Primary Care and Hospice care are billed to insurance, and the remainder of the programs are offered at no cost.
